Free Quotes:

Quotes are complimentary within a 45-minute radius of our Mount Enterprise location. For locations beyond 45 minutes, a $100 travel fee will apply.

Appointment policy:

We kindly remind you of our appointment policy regarding cancellations or rescheduling. To ensure efficient service delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50. In the event that no communication is received, and our team arrives at the location without prior notice of cancellation, a "No Communication Cancellation" (NCC) fee of $130 will be applied. This fee covers the lost wages of our staff and the trip charge of $20.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our appointment policies.

Quotes:

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified on your quote. This validity period is necessary due to fluctuating material costs and availability. Should the timeframe exceed 14 days from the specified quote date, a re-quotation will be required, incurring a nominal fee of $50. This fee is essential to cover the time invested in reissuing the initial complimentary quote.

Upon customer approval of a quote, the agreed-upon work scope and pricing are set. Any additional labor or materials introduced will be treated as a change order and billed separately from the original quoted amount.

At our company, we value efficiency and professionalism. If our technicians complete a task ahead of schedule, we do not penalize them. We believe in fair compensation for the knowledge and expertise they bring to each project. Therefore, we do not reduce labor charges for timely completion.

No payment:

Failure to settle your outstanding invoice may lead to a suspension of services. We deeply appreciate the dedication and skill required in the electrical industry. Our team diligently delivers exceptional customer service and top-notch electrical solutions to all our clients. Non-payment of bills is not aligned with the professional standards we uphold. Failure to pay your balance can also resort in legal action if necessary.

Customer interactions:

We strive to create a healthy and happy work environment for our employees. We do our best to accommodate all customers as well. When a customer has an issue, we are ready to help. If you have a concern or an issue, let us know, and we will do our best to help. But do so in a respectful and calm manner. Employees have the right to hang up or refuse service if inappropriate language or derogatory language are being used.

We are delighted to provide promotional discounts to offer cost-effective solutions to our valued customers. We offer our Heroes discounts to law enforcement, first responders, and active or non-active military personnel year-round. Additionally, exclusive deals are regularly showcased on our Facebook page. Please note that these limited time offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

Consultations:

In order to schedule an onsite consultation based on the free quote provided, please note that there is a consultation fee of $110 per hour, along with a $20 trip charge (minimum of 1 hour will be charged). We highly value our technicians' time and recognize that delving deeper into the details of a complimentary quote diverts their attention from other projects and clients.
